WHO pandemic treaty empowers the agency to spy on the world

The World Health Organization (WHO) plans to hold a vote in the very near future on a controversial international pandemic treaty that essentially surrenders America’s autonomy and increases the agency’s ability to spy on every citizen around the world.

Here are a few of the proposals being considered under the current version of the treaty:

  • Change the WHO from an advisory organization to a governing body with legally binding proclamations
  • Remove “respect for dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of people” from existing regulations
  • Give the WHO authority to require medical examinations, proof of prophylaxis, and proof of vaccine.
  • Give the WHO authority to implement contact tracing, quarantines, and required treatments

WHO leadership hopes to have their new global surveillance powers in place by May 2024 (via ReclaimTheNet.org):

The new surveillance powers are detailed in Article 10 (“Strengthening and sustaining capacities for pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and recovery of health systems”) and Article 17 (“One Health”) of the draft treaty. They include requirements for the WHO’s member states to “build and reinforce surveillance systems” across both the public and private sector and to strengthen the WHO’s “One Health surveillance systems.”

In its fact sheet on One Health, the WHO cites Covid-19 as one of the main drivers for expanding its One Health approach and notes that the COVID-19 pandemic “put a spotlight on the need for a global framework for improved surveillance and a more holistic, integrated system.”

While the draft treaty doesn’t mention contact tracing and testing, these were two of the main surveillance tools that were used to track the spread of Covid-19 during the pandemic and create a mass surveillance dragnet. Not only did this result in many citizens being forced to use surveillance apps and devices but the data was often abused by governments and third parties.

Not only does this treaty grant the WHO new surveillance powers but it also recognizes “the central role of WHO” and deems it to be “the directing and coordinating authority on international health work.” (Emphasis mine)

Another provision included in the treaty allows the World Health Organization to create a global digital passport and ID system capable of giving the United Nations the tools it will need to spy on and control the entire world population.

According to Garret Mehl, the head of the WHO’s Department of Digital Health and Innovation, the ability to control the world population is necessary to build “trust” in the New World Order. To this end, the WHO contracted German-based Deutsche Telekom subsidiary T-Systems several months ago to develop a global vaccine passport system, with plans to link every person on the planet to a QR code digital ID.

“Vaccination certificates that are tamper-proof and digitally verifiable build trust. WHO is therefore supporting member states in building national and regional trust networks and verification technology. The WHO’s gateway service also serves as a bridge between regional systems. It can also be used as part of future vaccination campaigns and home-based records.” (Emphasis mine)

This system will be universal, mandatory, trans-national, and operated by unelected bureaucrats. If you think COVID tyranny was bad, wait until Bill Gates and the global elitists at the WHO and the United Nations are calling the shots on the next “pandemic.”

As I documented last year, the WHO global pandemic treaty is in large part the result of a list of amendments to international health regulations submitted by Joe Biden on January 18, 2022. Biden quietly sent the list to the World Health Organization without an official statement or press conference.

Biden’s amendments are intended to give current and future World Health Organization Director-Generals unrestricted power to define and implement their interventions and to declare “public health emergencies” at will.

And here’s another hidden gem in the WHO’s pandemic treaty: the term “public health emergency” is deliberately vague and ill-defined, which means the treaty could also be used to address gun violence, climate change, digital passports or any other issue that arguably may affect “public health.”

Any questions about where this is heading were answered last year:

Before mask mandates, vaccine mandates, vaccine passport mandates, and every other form of COVID tyranny we’ve experienced under the “new normal,” I wrote an article suggesting that coronavirus hysteria could lead to the creation of, among other things, tracking systems like the one being considered in the WHO global pandemic treaty.

The WHO global pandemic treaty is a picture of history repeating itself when you consider the obvious parallels between vaccine passports and the health-tracking system used in Nazi Germany.

In 1940s Germany, the Main Office for Public Health of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party issued a health passport known as the gesundheitspass (health card, bill of health, health pass) to allegedly track the health of the German people. In reality, these passports became one of the many tools used by the Nazi Party to identify and weed out non-Aryans.

While we haven’t seen anything like the atrocities that occurred in Nazi Germany — at least, not yet — there are striking parallels between Hitler’s use of health passes to control the Jews and the United Nations’ use of health passports created by the pandemic treaty to control the world.

U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has been advocating since December 2021 for a global vaccination campaign along with other programs to address “global problems” once the WHO pandemic treaty is approved (via Business Standard):

UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres has said that “the only way out of a global pandemic and out of this unjust and immoral situation is through a global vaccination campaign.”

Climate change, inequality, and the development of new technologies were also addressed by the UN Chief, who called for “a quantum leap in unity and solidarity” to address these global problems. (Emphasis mine)

The WHO pandemic treaty will mean the end of our national sovereignty and the surrender to the New World Order . . . and without a revival of liberty and a return to the Constitution, nothing will keep that from happening.
