COVID tyranny returns: Dr. Anthony Fauci and the Covestapo want to bring back mask mandates

With the COVID tyranny narrative no longer dominating front-page news, Dr. Anthony Fauci and the Covestapo are looking for ways to regain their lost control, which is why they are calling on government to bring back mask mandates.

In an appearance on ABC 10News Exclusive: One-on-One With Dr. Fauci last week, the doctor was asked to look back on the past two years and share his thoughts on what we should expect in the future (via 10News.com):

In an exclusive, one-on-one interview with ABC 10News Reporter Jared Aarons, he says the declines give him hope, even as the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases keeps an eye on the new BA.2 sub-variant of Omicron, also called “Stealth Omicron.”

“I would expect that we might see an uptick in cases here in the United States,” he says. “Over the coming weeks, it will become more dominant (than Omicron).”

A week ago, Fauci says, the BA.2 variant accounted for 11% of the sequenced positive cases in the US. Now, that number is closer to 25-26%.

“It’s more likely to transmit,” Dr. Fauci says. “The somewhat encouraging news is that BA.2 variant doesn’t appear to make the disease any more severe than BA.1 (Omicron) and doesn’t seem to evade immune responses any more than BA.1.”

Dr. Fauci adds if cases begin to surge again in the US, we may have to go back to mitigation strategies like masking indoors.

“We have to be careful that if we do see a surge as a result of that, that we’re flexible enough to re-institute the kinds of interventions that could be necessary to stop an additional surge.”(emphasis mine)

“Flexible enough to re-institute the kinds of interventions that could be necessary to stop an additional surge” is COVID tyranny doublespeak used by Anthony Fauci and the Covestapo to hide their true motivation: destroying liberty in order to protect “the greater good of society.”

Surrendering liberty for COVID tyranny has been Fauci’s desire from the beginning, and he literally said so.

During the 2021 Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, Fauci made an appearance on CBS’ Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan and was asked if vaccinated adults should stay away from unvaccinated children. Though his response didn’t specifically target parents, he essentially said that children would be better off if relatives obeyed mask mandates . . . even if they had been vaccinated:

BRENNAN: Do people need to start looking around and saying it’s just too risky to gather with family members if there are unvaccinated children?

FAUCI: Well, Margaret, I believe just the way the CDC has recommended, that when you are in a situation where you have the dynamics of virus in the community where there’s clearly a lot of spread, even if you are vaccinated and you are in an indoor setting, a congregate setting, it just makes sense to wear a mask and to avoid high-risk situations. (emphasis mine)

BRENNAN: But we can gather for Christmas, or it’s just too soon to tell?

FAUCI: You know, Margaret, it’s just too soon to tell. We’ve just got to — concentrating on continuing to get those numbers down. . . .

BRENNAN: Yes.

FAUCI: . . . and not try to jump ahead by weeks or months and say what we’re going to do at a particular time. Let’s focus like a laser on continuing to get those cases down. And we can do it by people getting vaccinated and also, in the situation where boosters are appropriate, to get people boosted, because we know that they can help greatly in diminishing infection and diminishing advanced disease, the kinds of data that are now accumulating in real time. (emphasis mine)

Calling every American a “member of society,” Fauci stated in another holiday season interview with McGill University students that “reaping the benefits of that society” requires making sacrifices for the greater good of society as a whole. You know, kind of like Marx’s “from each according to his ability”:

“There comes a time when you do have to give up what you consider your individual right of making your own decision for the greater good of society.” (emphasis mine)

From the very beginning of the so-called pandemic, it’s been clear COVID has been a perfect “never let a crisis go to waste” opportunity for people like Anthony Fauci to build a tyrannical Covestapo and create a full-blown police state, much like tyranny we’ve been living under in post-9/11 America.

In an article written by John Whitehead (founder and president of the Rutherford Institute) in the very beginning of the so-called pandemic, he issued the following warning:

“This coronavirus epidemic, which has brought China’s Orwellian surveillance out of the shadows and caused Italy to declare a nationwide lockdown, threatens to bring the American Police State out into the open on a scale we’ve not seen before.

“If and when a nationwide lockdown finally hits — if and when we are forced to shelter in place — if and when militarized police are patrolling the streets — if and when security checkpoints have been established — if and when the media’s ability to broadcast the news has been curtailed by government censors — if and when public systems of communication (phone lines, internet, text messaging, etc.) have been restricted — if and when those FEMA camps the government has been surreptitiously building finally get used as quarantine detention centers for American citizens — if and when military “snatch and grab” teams are deployed on local, state, and federal levels as part of the activated Continuity of Government plans to isolate anyone suspected of being infected with COVID-19 — and if and when martial law is enacted with little real outcry or resistance from the public — then we will truly understand the extent to which the government has fully succeeded in recalibrating our general distaste for anything that smacks too overtly of tyranny.

“This is how it begins.” (emphasis mine)

Based on the highlighted areas above, Whitehead’s warning has proven to be frighteningly accurate:

It’s an indisputable fact that COVID tyranny has grown during this so-called pandemic, and it’s the motivation behind the mask mandates being pushed by Anthony Fauci and the Covestapo.
