Federalizing the sexual abuse of children: Joe Biden picks up where Barack Obama left off

Barack Obama spent most of his time near the end of his presidency promoting the sexual abuse of children by exploiting the power of his office to force public schools into accepting transgender students as normal and mentally healthy, and we’ve just been informed that Joe Biden is ready to pick up where his former boss left off by federalizing it.

In March 2016, the American College of Pediatricians issued a statement addressing the transgender issue and the sexual abuse of children. The ACP called transgenderism, at best, a sign of “confused thinking” and not a “genetic marker of a [biological] disorder.” The statement described such thinking as a problem that exists in the mind and not the body and that “it should be treated as such,” and it concluded:

“Conditioning children into believing a lifetime of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex is normal and healthful is child abuse.” (Emphasis mine)

Obama’s Department of Education (DOE) held a meeting with a group called Equality Michigan in April 2016 to declare “discrimination” against transgender students a civil rights issue and committed the DOE to remain “aggressively engaged” in the fight to allow children to use whichever bathroom they choose federalizing the sexual abuse of children.

One example of what Obama’s aggressive engagement looked like was provided a month earlier when the Michigan State Board of Education released a transgender guidance document drafted to push the state’s schools to allow children, without parental or doctoral input, to choose their gender, name, pronouns, bathrooms, and locker rooms:

“The responsibility for determining a student’s gender identity rests with the student. Outside confirmation from medical or mental health professionals or documentation of legal changes, is not needed.”

The Michigan State Board of Education board described identity as “a person’s deeply held internal sense or psychological knowledge of their own gender regardless of the biological sex assigned at birth.”

These idiots act like someone flipped a coin on the matter. Everyone is born with a pair of chromosomes; XY = Male and XX = Female. It’s not rocket science, but it is biological science. But as we all know, transgenderism and the LGBT movement isn’t science-based; it’s agenda-based.

By the way, Trump’s Supreme Court agreed with Obama about this being a civil rights issue when it ruled in June 2020 that homosexuals and transgenders are covered under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act — essentially rewriting the law.

In May 2016, Obama’s Education Secretary, John B. King, Jr. suggested in a keynote address to the Education Writers Association that the Department of Education would be using a far-left interpretation of Title IX to bully states into correcting what he termed “a terrible mistake” concerning so-called discrimination against transgenders.

Title IX protects students and school faculty from discrimination based on sex in education programs that receive federal financial assistance. If schools don’t comply with Title IX, they risk losing this money. It is enforced by the DOE’s Office of Civil Rights, and uses language similar to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act:

No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.

Obama managed to begin federalizing the sexual abuse of children by issuing a few mandates to schools across the country requiring them to use a transgender student’s chosen pronouns and to open bathrooms, locker rooms, overnight accommodations, and some sports teams to students based on their chosen gender identity.

But Obama only got so far with promoting the sexual abuse of children, it took Joe Biden to pick up where his former boss left off.

Having long-established his desire to see the sexual abuse of children become government policy, Biden issued a new executive order last week that essentially federalizes transgenderism by banning traditional mental health services and replacing them with government-approved services. And for good measure, he’s also including seniors (via Axios.com):

The order will protect LGBTQ youth from conversion therapy, a practice which is banned in at least 20 states and Washington, D.C., according to Movement Advancement Project, a think tank that tracks LGBTQ policies across the U.S.

It will also set up programs to address the LGBTQ youth mental health crisis and prevent suicide within this population “by expanding access to suicide prevention resources,” senior administration officials said.

The order will launch a new initiative “to address the discrimination that children and parents face in the foster care system.”

Biden is also directing the Department of Health and Human Services to develop “a new bill of rights for LGBTQI+ seniors.”

Senior administration officials said that the actions will be taken “within the existing budgets of agencies.”

“No one knows better than people in this room, we have a lot more work to do. I don’t have to tell you about the ultra MAGA agenda, attacking families and our freedoms. … These attacks are real and consequential for real families,” Biden said. “My order will use of the full force of the federal government to prevent inhumane practices of conversion therapy. This is the first time the federal government is making a coordinated response against this dangerous, discredited practice.” (Emphasis mine)

From bathrooms and locker rooms to school sports teams, federalizing and mandating the sexual abuse of children has been the goal of Barack Obama and Joe Biden (along with Donald Trump and so-called conservatives) as part of their plan to make the LGBT agenda the supreme law of the land.

Barack Obama put America on this road to Sodom, and Joe Biden will make sure she reaches her destination.
