Biden DOJ is OK with Andrew Cuomo murdering thousands of elderly

Biden Cuomo COVID elderly nursing homes

Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) informed New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo last week that the administration is OK with the successful murder of thousands of elderly COVID patients who were incarcerated in nursing homes under his dictatorial orders.

Cuomo received the good news only hours after the DOJ decided to also give its OK to Govs. Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) and Tom Wolf (D-PA) for committing the same crime.

Biden’s DOJ made the announcement about its decision not to investigate Cuomo’s genocidal executive orders last week (via New York Post):

The Department of Justice has decided not to investigate whether the civil rights of residents in New York’s government-run nursing homes were violated by Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s controversial admission policy related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a letter Friday, the DOJ’s Office of Legislative Affairs told US Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.), ranking member of that House Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, that New York was off the hook in connection with potential violations of the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act.

In August, the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division requested information from New York in connection with a March 25, 2020, order from the state Department of Health that required nursing homes to admit “medically stable” COVID-19 patients discharged from hospitals.

Despite being told that doing so would result in the deaths of thousands of senior citizens, Cuomo ordered the return of nearly every COVID-positive elderly patient back into nursing homes, even though he had several field hospitals, a naval hospital ship, the Javits Convention Center, and other options at his disposal. In the end, approximately 15,000 elderly patients were essentially murdered under his orders.

Cuomo has spent most of his time over the past year-and-a-half desperately seeking someone other than himself to blame for his actions. He blamed God. He blamed the New York Post. He even blamed the grieving family members and heroic nursing-home staffers, saying they were the ones responsible for infecting and ultimately murdering the thousands of COVID-infected elderly residents.

Throughout this scandal, Andrew Cuomo hasn’t only refused to accept responsibility for murdering thousands of elderly COVID patients in nursing homes, he spent a good deal of time indulging in a bit of creative number-crunching to hide the tally of patients who died as a result of his orders. Evidence of his deception in this regard was released back in April, well before Biden’s DOJ gave its OK.

Despite the preponderance of evidence, Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland have decided that murdering elderly COVID patients is a small price to pay in the name of protecting Andrew Cuomo, the Democrat Party, and the coronavirus agenda.

In addition to interning elderly seniors, Cuomo and Co. have been looking at other ways to leverage coronavirus tyranny.

For example, New York Assemblyman N. Nick Perry (D) introduced legislation (Assembly Bill A416) back in January to allow Cuomo and other state officials to create coronavirus internment camps to detain anyone who posed “an imminent and significant threat to the public health.” According to Perry, the bill would allow state government to detain and remove any citizen who posed a threat during a “health emergency.”

Gee, I wonder if the unvaccinated might fall into that category.

If it becomes law — it’s still in committee — Assembly Bill A416 empowers the governor to delegate authority all the way down to the local level to lock up violators, and it will allow the state to throw an individual or an entire group into detention. In addition, it allows an incarceration order to be issued without identifying the name of the “criminal,” and requires only a “reasonably specific description” of an individual or group for an order to be issued.

And on another issue near and dear to the hearts of Joe Biden and his DOJ, Cuomo is using his success at murdering thousands of elderly New Yorkers as a model to murder the Constitution.

Earlier this month, Cuomo combined coronavirus and the Second Amendment to declare gun violence in New York a statewide “disaster emergency” as part of a plan he claims is necessary to crack down on illegal guns and gangs amid a surge in shootings across the state.

“If you can beat COVID, you can beat gun violence,” Cuomo said. “We’re in a new epidemic, and it’s gun violence, and it’s a matter of life and death also.”

The Department of Justice has been a tool of the office of the presidency for both parties, which is why Joe Biden’s DOJ decision to OK Cuomo murdering thousands of elderly comes as no surprise.

Vivian Zayas, the co-founder of VoicesForSeniors.com, lost her mother to COVID-19 while she was in a Long Island nursing home, and she tells it like it is:

“I’m sick to my stomach. We’re in disbelief. Cuomo’s mandate caused a wildfire and thousands of deaths of nursing home residents.

“Biden is covering up for Cuomo and other Democratic governors who followed his lead. Imagine if Trump did this? It’s a shame that this is partisan and grieving families are caught in a partisan game. It’s a partisan cover up. Who do we turn to now?! No one is curious about thousands of vulnerable elderly people died of COVID through no fault of their own.”

Cuomo isn’t out of the woods yet; he’s still under investigation for the nursing home deaths by the FBI and the Brooklyn U.S. Attorney’s office. Time will tell if he is forced to answer for his crimes.

Considering the decision by Biden and his DOJ to essentially OK Cuomo murdering thousands of elderly COVID patients and the political game being played before our very eyes . . . by both parties . . . I’m not all that hopeful.
