Trump likes Obama and his pro-amnesty executive orders

Even a casual observer of the 2016 election knows that Donald Trump’s unlikely victory began with a commitment to fix America’s out-of-control illegal immigration problem. Armed with a promise to build a wall at the border–that Mexico will pay for–along with a 100-day plan that included overturning Obama’s unconstitutional executive orders–many of which allow illegal aliens to stay in the county–Trump rode the populism wave to the presidency.

Yet, during the summer months leading up to the election, Trump began showing signs that his promises shouldn’t be taken literally, as his campaign repeatedly warned his cult-followers that he wasn’t all that committed to fixing the problem. This “pivot” was announced following a promise by Sen. Lindsey Graham to put the Gang of Eight Band back together in order to essentially codify Obama’s executive orders dealing with amnesty, particularly when it comes to dealing with so-called “DREAMers”–children brought to America by their illegal immigrant parents.

By now, you’re probably aware that Time Magazine has named Trump their “Person of the Year,” an honor enjoyed by people such as: Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Nikita Krushchev, and Ayotollah Khomeini. I’m not equating Trump with these evil leaders–at least not yet–I’m simply pointing out that winners of the “honor” aren’t always very good people. In other words, he wasn’t named Time’s “Greatest Person of the Year” or “Most Awesome Person of the Year,” although the winner sometimes meets that description.

In an interview with the president-elect, Trump was asked by Time Magazine about the millions of DREAMers still in the country thanks to Obama’s “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” (DACA) executive order in light of his promise to deport millions of illegals. His answer confirmed the New York Liberal’s equivocation on the matter.

“We’re going to work something out that’s going to make people happy and proud. They got brought here at a very young age, they’ve worked here, they’ve gone to school here. Some were good students. Some have wonderful jobs. And they’re in never-never land because they don’t know what’s going to happen.”

Just my opinion, but if there’s anyone who should know what “never-never” land is–an imaginary land where children refuse to grow up–it’s Trump!

For those who will undoubtedly accuse me of taking Trump’s words out of context, even Ann Coulter, who wrote a book essentially praising Trump as god (In Trump We Trust), had to admit the obvious:

Actually, Ann, considering the fact that the warning signs were everywhere that this would happen, it’s EXACTLY your fault!

Yesterday we learned that Trump has been getting advice from Obama on appointments and policies because he “likes him” and really loves “getting his ideas.”

Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t the primary reason we needed to keep Hillary out of the White House to bring an end to Obama’s policies … you know, like his immigration policies?
