Chris Christie: NSA spying fears are “baloney”

May 19, 2015
NSA - Only part of govt listening

The majority of Americans oppose it. The Second Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan ruled it illegal. The House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed the USA Freedom Act to stop it (the Senate is about to do the same). And if it reaches his desk, Obama is likely to sign it into law. But when it comes to warrantless data collection of American phone records — that’s spying to you and me — Gutless On Principles (GOP) Hall of Shame member Governor Chris Christie thinks that concerns over the loss of civil liberties as a result of the NSA program are…

Sen. Bob Corker picks NSA over the Constitution

NSA - Liberty vs Security

RINO Bob Corker is at it again! After leading the way in passing legislation that surrendered the Senate’s constitutional responsibility to approve treaties — guaranteeing that Iran will have nuclear weapons sooner rather than later — the constitutionally illiterate Senator from Tennessee is about to join forces with Gutless On Principles (GOP) Hall of Shame enshrinees John McCain and Mitch McConnell in pushing for an extension to the law allowing the National Security Agency to continue its warrantless collection of phone records. It was just recently that a three judge panel of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan…

1 - Our Lost Constitution book cover

Even though I probably don’t know all I should about the Constitution of the United States, thanks to a new book by Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) — lifetime 99% conservative ranking at Heritage Action — I know a lot more than I used to. After reading Our Lost Constitution: The Willful Subversion of America’s Founding Document, I can say with certainty that I have gained a better understanding about how awesome this document truly is, and how it holds the only hope we have in America to see the damage done by decades of progressive politics reversed. No, that’s not…

Will Baltimore riots usher in Obama’s Gestapo?

Newsweek Police State

In a radio interview a few days ago, I was asked by the host to share my feelings about the happenings in Baltimore. Of course, I expressed my concerns over the death of Freddie Gray while in police custody. I expressed how we needed to give the system time to investigate what happened and, if appropriate, punish those responsible. However, I also shared my concern that this situation could be used as another excuse by Obama, following Ferguson, MO., to nationalize local law enforcement. It would appear that my concerns might have some merit. Did you know that Baltimore Mayor…

Obama’s executive amnesty creates millions of new Democrat voters

April 29, 2015
Obama baits illegals with amnesty

When those on the right questioned the motivation behind Obama’s executive amnesty, specifically that its primary objective was to stack the deck with millions of new Democrat voters just in time for the 2016 elections, the left responded with accusations of racism and prejudice. Now comes evidence that perhaps those concerns aren’t entirely unwarranted. According to J. Christian Adams, a former Department of Justice attorney who writes at PJ Media, Obama’s amnesty order has always been about registering new Democrats, and recent action by the Department of Homeland Security provides the proof. According to Adams, sources at the DHS are…
