Bizarro Obama: President of Acirema

July 31, 2014

In the early 1960′s, the publishers at DC Comics created the Bizarro World comic books. In popular culture “Bizarro World” has come to mean a situation or setting which is weirdly inverted or opposite of expectations. Htrae (earth spelled backwards) was the home planet of Bizarro versions of Superman, Lois Lane and their children. Later, other Bizarros were created including Batzarro and the World’s Worst Detective. Based on recent comments by the current occupant of the White House, it would appear that a new Bizarro has been created. In the real world, Barack Obama is the President of the United States. In Bizarro World, Bizarro Obama is the…

Obama and Holder need a new deck of cards

Race card emergency

In the Obama administration, the frayed-around-the-edges card with the word “race” on it has been played so often that it’s barely recognizable. Still, it hasn’t stopped Barry and his attorney general from playing it when the temperature in the kitchen starts to climb, such as it is right now with the resurgence of radical Islam in the Middle East and the disaster taking place on the Mexico border. July 3, 2014

With tomorrow being America’s birthday, we are releasing this week’s edition of Conservative Comedy a day early. Happy birthday, America! 238 years young and still going strong! Nancy Pelosi recently traveled to Texas to stare creepily at the crushing tide of young illegal aliens pouring into our country—her purpose being to encourage us all to “find the best solution to the problem, not the fastest.” The Conservative Comic at Hope n’ Change has found a way to do both by drinking tequila instead of whiskey whenever Pelosi speaks. And trust us, you’ll be doing the same once you hear what San Fran…

Wildlands Network and the feds: stealing the west one ranch at a time

June 30, 2014

I saw tears in the eyes of ranchers. These were tough men; men who could scrape a good living out of the rock and tumbleweeds in the harsh New Mexico deserts. But when asked about passing on the ranch to their children, a ranch that may have been in the family for generations, eyes grew moist, jaws quivered, and grown men became so choked up they couldn’t speak. Carolyn Nelson, who teaches kindergarten through third grade in a one-room school-house in Catron County, New Mexico, while her husband handles their ranch, held the camera crew spellbound as she told her story.…

Conservative Comedy 6/20/14

June 20, 2014

It’s time for some Conservative Comedy at the Strident Conservative. As I do every Friday, I bring you some of the best Conservative political satire on the internet, sure to provide a good laugh to begin your weekend. In a landmark decision, the US Patent and Trademark Office has decided to retroactively revoke many trademarks for the Washington Redskins football team on the grounds that their name and team logo are “disparaging to Native Americans.” Which is nothing to take lightly; just hearing the word “redskin” causes Elizabeth Warren’s high cheekbones to flush with anger. The Conservative Comic at Hope…
