Gen. Wesley Clark wants U.S. citizens put in internment camps

Japanese internment camp

Retired General Wesley Clark, a former presidential candidate for the Democrat party and the past supreme allied commander of NATO, was a vocal critic of George W. Bush’s response to the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon; saying that Bush overreacted in a way that violated the civil liberties of everyday Americans. Constitutional rights? That was so yesterday. In a recent interview on MSNBC, Clark called for the use of domestic internment camps—like the ones used for Japanese Americans during World War II—to be used to round-up Americans who are disloyal, and potentially disloyal, to the…

How should Christians react to same-sex marriage?

God on our side

Since Obergefell v. Hodges concluded, we’ve seen a rampant uptick of opinions from Christians and those in support of same-sex “marriage.” Just Google “same-sex marriage opinions,” and you can browse through all 18 million hits. But something has been left out of the equation. Through all the defense and counter articles from each side, I haven’t really seen many Christian resources putting the burden back on the alphabet community. Let me…

Over the past year, many of the lies have been in the area of same-sex marriage and the intolerance of those who oppose the idea. Now, in light of the Supreme Court decision that “legalized” same-sex marriage in all 50 states, some of the concerns held by folks who support traditional marriage—a union between one man and one woman—are already being realized. While spreading the truth about the…

States rights, same-sex marriage, and the end of the road

For some reason, I made my way to PoliticsUSA.com the other day and I came across a headline that made me question whether or not people actually read. Oklahoma’s Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that the state must remove its Ten Commandments monument at the state Capitol because it violates the state Constitution. Article 2, section 5 of the Oklahoma Constitution says, “No public money or property shall ever be appropriated, applied, donated, or used, directly or indirectly, for the use, benefit, or support of any sect, church, denomination, or system of religion, or for the use, benefit, or support…
