My thoughts on Roy Moore, pursuit of truth, and the outlook beyond


 


In this special episode of the Conservative Conscience, we consider the long view of what happened in Alabama and where things are headed. The important thing now is to get the truth and put all politics aside.

At the same time, there are so many lessons we can take from what is going on in our culture and body politic. Until and unless there is a successful reform movement to change the way our political system is working, we are headed for a death spiral between two entrenched sides and false dichotomies.

Everyone is fighting over what to do about a potentially lost Senate seat, but the reality is the entire institution of the Senate is lost. What is our answer moving forward Irrespective of the outcome in Alabama, there is something so much bigger happening in our culture.
