Conservative Comedy 6/27/14

Allahu Akbar It's Friday

It’s time for some Conservative Comedy at the Strident Conservative. As I do every Friday, I bring you some of the best Conservative political satire on the internet, sure to provide a good laugh to begin your weekend.

Hard on the heels of Hillary Clinton claiming to be “dead broke” after leaving the White House, Joe Biden has announced that he has neither a savings account nor any investments to provide for his own needs after leaving office. It’s unclear whether he will have to engage in demeaning hourly labor like Hillary (although $200,000 an hour for giving speeches isn’t bad) or if he will perhaps receive a multi-million dollar advance for authoring a memoir of his non-accomplishments in office. (“Biden My Time”).

Perhaps this is why Joe Biden is forced to cobble together odd little dabs of money here and there, like the $100,000 he’s charging Secret Service Agents to rent space at his Delaware property in order to protect him. (Side note: wouldn’t it be cheaper for taxpayers if Uncle Joe would just take his own advice and fire a shotgun into the sky when feeling threatened?)

The Conservative Comic at Hope n’ Change isn’t too concerned about Joe Biden’s financial future. As has been the case for over 40 years, he’ll continue to have pocket-money as long as there are taxpayers with pockets.

On the topic of Hillary and Joe’s claims of poverty, Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show” host Jon Stewart took aim at the back-and-forth between the former Secretary-of-State and the Vice President. As they prepare their possible candidacies for the 2016 Democratic nomination for president, Stewart gives us a very funny take on their “poor-off.”

Jodi Miller at Newsbusted provides plenty of fun this week on several news stories, including: NSA spying, the real reason news accuracy is important, and the latest on the possible Senate run by Michelle Obama. Additional stories covered include: Brian Schweitzer and his Eric Cantor “gay-dar,” J-Lo’s disappointing record sales, Hillary Clinton’s new book, and the latest phone app for men looking for a threesome. If it’s in the news, Jodi has something to say about it.

And finally, AlfonZo Rachel wants to know if the wealthy are really as evil as the left says they are. He also is having a difficult time trying to understand why liberals fail to understand that everybody would be better off without government intrusion. Check out Zo’s answer to these questions as he sums up the difference is between capitalism and socialism. You’ll really want to share this one with all your friends!

Zo is a Christian conservative social / political humorist, whose work is distinguished by his grinning delivery and rapid fire rant style in his video commentaries called, ZoNation, featured on PJ Media.
