Conservative Comedy 1/24/14

Allahu Akbar It's Friday

It’s time for some Conservative Comedy at the Strident Conservative. As I do every Friday, I bring you some of the best Conservative political satire on the internet, sure to provide a good laugh to begin your weekend.

The Conservative Comic at Hope n’ Change reports on Barack Obama’s sweeping interview with the New Yorker (by “sweeping” we mean something that belongs in a dustbin)  where he declared that the reason he’s suffered a steep drop in popularity over the past year is . . . wait for it . . . racism!  “There’s no doubt,” said the twice-elected president, “that there’s some folks who just really dislike me because they don’t like the idea of a black president.” Even though, oddly, they appeared to like the idea just fine back in 2008 and 2012.

So the question is whether the electorate is growing more racist, if Obama is getting blacker, or if just maybe more Americans are growing comfortable with the idea of judging a president by the content of his character rather than the color of his skin – a concept proposed by some vicious racist whose name slips our mind at the moment.

We have two reports from Jodi Miller at Newsbusted. In this week’s episodes, Jodi reports on Obama’s recent speech regarding NSA spying and the news that America is no longer in the top 10 nations for economic freedom. Some of the other highlights include: Michelle Obama’s 50th birthday, Duck Dynasty, the California drought, immigration reform, and Al Franken. Catch Jodi’s hilarious take on these and several other stories.

The past week we recognized the birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. and AlfonZo Rachel has some observations on the subject. For instance, left-leaning people claim to love Martin Luther King Jr., and try to own his legacy, yet call people ‘sell outs’ and ‘traitors to their race’ when people like Adam and Tamera Housley fall in love. So Zo doesn’t believe their so called reverence for MLK . And just as they get angry about people living out his dream, they get angry about the idea of him being a Republican, and insist that he couldn’t have possibly been one. Considering the contradictory nature of leftists, Zo doesn’t see much reason to believe them on that either.

Zo is a Christian conservative social / political humorist, whose work is distinguished by his grinning delivery and rapid fire rant style in his video commentaries called, ZoNation, featured on PJ Media. If you like Zo’s work, be sure to check out his Audio Book to get insight on promoting conservatism in the culture and letting the liberals trip over their own nasty narrative at http://alfonzorachel.com/macho-sauce-

Have a great weekend!
