After this week’s disappointing developments on the budget and Obamacare, and feeling like we’re running as hard as we can just to find ourselves right back where we started, we’re pausing today to catch our breath and drink deeply from the bottle attached to the side of our cage. By the way, it’s not a water bottle.

The government digs us deeper in to debt and deficit, but it’s ok, as long as they raise our debt ceiling? Is the government going to demonstrate insanity by doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result, or will they stop relying on raising the debt ceiling, and start showing fiscal sanity?
