Hey, Corey Gardner! It’s “shakin’ time!”

Hey, Corey Gardner! It’s “shakin’ time!”

The rumor around Washington is that Obama is expected to soon announce his unconstitutional immigration plan, so the question to ask ourselves is: how will the Republicans respond? Well, they won’t use the power of the purse—I wrote about this in a previous article—at least that’s the word from Senator-elect Corey Gardner. When asked about using budget reconciliation manuevers to bypass possible filibusters by Democrats on key Obama policies such as the immigration situation, Gardner expressed his reluctance to do pursue such action due to the possibility of a government shutdown. By the way, Mitch McConnell promised to use this exact tactic if America…

Obama trying once again to seize the internet

Net Neutrality

He’s tried before and failed, but our free-market-hating president is at it again! After multiple failed attempts, Obama is once again making an attempt to grab control of the internet away from the free market and put it under government control. Using his favorite “net neutrality” talking points, Obama is preparing to save the internet from itself. Of course, it is only for the good of the system, right? Mitch McConnell Liar Liar

Well, it’s the day after the election and as many predicted, the Republicans have regained control of the Senate. The popping of champagne corks can be heard from sea to shining sea. And now the real danger begins. If you listen to the Karl Roves of the world, now that the inside-the-beltway Republicans have been given control of both houses of Congress, we can count on them to change the change we got in 2008 when the fundamental transformation of the United States of America began under the Hope and Change president. But recent comments by presumed Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and…

Yeah, I know what you’re thinking. There goes the Strident Conservative with another Hitler comparison. Well, check out this story from Newsmax.com about the Washington Redskins and see if you don’t come to the same conclusion I have: The Federal Communications Commission has been asked to punish a broadcaster for indecency for using the name of the Washington NFL team, the Redskins, and FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler is leaning in that direction. Reuters reported that the FCC, which enforces broadcast indecency violations, has received a petition from legal activist John Banzhaf III, asking that regulators strip local radio station WWXX-FM of…
