All we are saying is give a nuclear Iran a chance!

Ah, Quds Day. A day where peaceful Iranians can come together and celebrate the last Friday of the Muslim Holy Month of Ramadan. How inspiring it is to witness so many people unite for the common goal of wiping Israel of the face of earth. Way back in 1979, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini co-opted Ebrahim Yazdi’s idea of a anti-Zionist parade, and turned it into something far more destructive, declaring:

“I ask all the Muslims of the world and the Muslim governments to join together to sever the hand of this usurper (Israel) and its supporters. I ask God Almighty for the victory of the Muslims over the infidels.”

This beloved festivity continues in 2015. In fact, this years’ version included chants from loyal Iranians calling for the death of Israel and America. As the chants continued, a scene thought only possible in America began to configure. These festive activists began burning the Israeli and American flags. Surely, not everyone in Iran feels this way about little Satan (Israel) and big Satan (U.S.A), right? There is one guy who will never let us down, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei. Well, now, actually he has the same feelings towards America.

So, the Supreme Leader of Iran hates us, wants us dead and even adds to the “death to America” chants. The reaction from the Obama Administration? Kiss their feet. That makes about as much sense as showing up at a Black Panther meeting in a clansman outfit.

It’s very creepy to see articles, or hear commentary covering the pros and cons of the deal. Breitbart even goes through five reasons why the new deal is worse than the April deal—should that surprise us?—but in all the discussion about the details, let’s keep in mind that if Iran had its way, we’d be dead.

Not too long ago, The Supreme Leader’s representative on the IRGC, Ali Shirazi, boasted:

“When we look at the Islamic world, we see that the culture of the Islamic Revolution has reached all countries and all Muslims throughout the world. . . . We shall not rest until we raise the flag of Islam over the White House.”

ISIS has stated their goal to be along same lines. We should expect nothing less from regimes that follow Islam. Muhammad, the guy who founded Islam, sought to spread Islam throughout the world by force. Yet somehow in today’s PC cesspool, we are led to believe the opposite.

Over on Middle East Forum, the conclusion drawn from one historian is that the Iran agreement must be seen as an opportunity for the West to promote its own values of openness, tolerance, liberty and human dignity. If it doesn’t, then those values no longer exist in the West, just as they do not in Iran. According to them, all we need to do is sit down with Iran and discuss why they should follow the First Amendment found in our Constitution.

It’s hard to fathom what goes on in the mind of someone who actually believes it would be that simple.

If you are a non-Muslim living in Iran, you enjoy a cozy life as a heavily regulated and monitored member of society. You can be given a 10-year prison sentence for participating in informal “home church” prayer services, associating with Christians outside Iran, or engaging in evangelical activity. In other words, sure you can be a Christian, just keep it to yourself. Oh, and stay away from that Communion Wine too.

Two details from the suicide deal that will make your head explode that illustrate just how naive supporters of this “agreement” are:

• First: the agreement ends economic sanctions; permits the Iranians to hide much of their nuclear activities; lacks enforcement in case of Iranian deceit; and expires in slightly more than a decade. Additionally, Iran receives a “signing bonus” of some US$150 billion. Surely they won’t save any of that money for Hamas or Hezbollah, right?
• Second: Iran paid Taliban fighters $1,000 for each U.S. soldier they killed in Afghanistan. The Sunday Times reported that one Taliban operative received $18,000 from an Iranian firm in Kabul as reward for an attack in 2010 that killed several Afghan government troops and destroyed an American armored vehicle. Iran’s support for Iraqi insurgents led to the deaths of an estimated 1,100 U.S. soldiers as well as other Coalition troops in Iraq, including British forces. Former U.S. ambassador to Iraq from 2010-2012.

For anyone to suggest the U.S. benefits from this atrocious stimulus for Iran is at the very least insulting. They have failed to keep their promises time and time again, and current Iran President Hassan Rouhani hasn’t kept his word with his own countrymen.
